Return of Products
Switch On Sports provides refunds or exchanges on ordered goods at our discretion, so please ensure that you select products carefully. Goods must be returned at the purchaser’s expense.
If damaged or faulty products are received, you must contact Switch On Sports within 7 days of receiving the product. We will advise you on the appropriate action, which may include direct contact with the manufacturer or granting a Return Authorisation Number if necessary to return the product to us.
Where faults or damages to products arise after delivery, you may contact Switch On Sports to determine whether the issue is covered by a manufacturer's warranty for the particular item. Manufacturer's warranties will generally be included with the product where applicable.
