Pricing
All prices on this website are quoted in Australian dollars and inclusive of the Government's 10% Goods & Services Tax (GST). Switch On Sports reserves the right to alter prices at any point in time without prior notice. All purchases made through our online store must be done at the GST-inclusive price, plus any applicable delivery fees, as directed by our website.
Delivery
While Switch On Sports makes every effort to ensure that goods are delivered to customers as soon as possible, we provide no guarantee over the length of time for delivery to any given destination. Delivery will generally be made by courier; however, Switch On Sports reserves the right to determine the method of delivery for any approved order. Switch On Sports will not be responsible for any direct or indirect consequences of delayed or non-delivery where beyond our control.
Title of Products
Switch On Sports will retain title of all products until full payment has been received. However, once an ordered product is in the hands of Australia Post or another delivery service, any risk associated with the product will pass to you, irrespective of whether full payment has been received. You may wish to consider insurance on ordered products. Children's products should only be used under appropriate adult supervision, and the selection and suitability of products for use by children remain at the discretion of the purchaser.
Return of Products
Switch On Sports provides refunds or exchanges on ordered goods at our discretion, so please ensure that you select products carefully. Goods must be returned at the purchaser’s expense.
Where damaged or faulty products are received, you must contact Switch On Sports within 7 days of receiving delivery of the product. We will advise you on the appropriate action to take, which may include direct contact with the manufacturer or granting a Return Authorisation Number if necessary. Where faults or damages to products arise after delivery, you may contact Switch On Sports to assist in determining whether the issue is covered by a manufacturer's warranty. Manufacturer's warranties will generally be included with the product where applicable.
